Ceramic coating is one of thermal spray coating process which is widely used for cylinder rods for water conservancy dams. The surface of the piston rods for hydraulic cylinders is one of the critical points in all hydraulic installations. The characteristics of ceramic coating are hardness more than HV850, roughness 0.2, coating thickness 0.3mm, bond strength more than 45Mpa, porosity less than 3.5%, and salt spray test result reaches more than 3000 hours. It can also be equipped with built-in positioning stroke sensor for hydraulic cylinders.
